This villa was built in the 1960’s and is in good condition but could do with a little modernising. The house currently has all of the living accommodation on the ground floor, the upstairs could however easily be converted to provide extra space if required, this could add an extra 66m² to the size of the house making it a good sized family home. The ground floor is currently made up of three bedrooms ranging in size from 9-13m², a kitchen and a dining room plus shower room. The attached garage could also be converted into extra living space to provide a good sized living room. There are also numerous attached outbuildings which could be used as a workshop and as extra storage space.
The pretty garden is filed with flowers and trees and covers around 400m². Large enough to be able to profit from the warm climate of the Gers but not so big as to require al of your attention with its upkeep! The house is located in a small village which has some basic amenities – a bakers, a small grocers/ newsagent, a bar and a nice restaurant. The village is located around 10km from Vic Fezensac a lively, festive town with all everyday commerce and a weekly market held on a Friday – the perfect opportunity to meet up with friends and neighbours.
