This attractive stone house is conveniently located between the busy market town of Vic Fezensac and the department capital Auch. It is however located within the countryside without close neighbours.
The house is a single storey construction which has been mostly renovated. However it requires some work to finish the living area and some redecoration but it is habitable immediately. The property has many original features including stone walls which add character. There are also several outbuildings, including an old tobacco drying shed, which could be converted to add extra living space or could add to the existing gîte which has been successfully rented out during the summer season. The well established garden extends to approximately 10 000m2 and there is plenty of space to add a swimming pool if required.
Vic Fezensac benefits from a cinema which does from time to time show films in “version originale” (English). It also has all manner of commerce including banks, doctors and supermarkets as well as several bars and eateries. During the summer season it has a number of events including the Tempo Latino music festival and there are two horse fairs annually.
